I usually draw the tattoo on a different document.

TIP: when I draw something like this I just draw a half of the basic lines, ONCE I copied and flipped the other half I add some detail line on both sides, this to hide the idea of the "flipped" copy
I used Illustrator for the basic lines. This time I didn't have any sketch

Rey Mysterio poster for WWE magazine The client asked for a poster design inspired by traditional Mexican imagery and color palette. Most of the elements had to be typography pieces with just fill colors and no strokes or too much details.
